By submitting your dog's photo and information through our Pack submission form, you grant 92 Days LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on legacyfurmula.shop and related social media channels. You confirm that you own the photo and have the right to submit it. We will not sell your submission or use it in paid advertising without your consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 92 Days LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
